Portuguese food is all about local ingredients and big, powerful flavours. We will start with the salty punch of bacalhau and end with the sweet custardy kick of pasteis de nata. Main course is Carne De Porco Alentejana, Portugal's version of surf and turf. Salads are important too and offer seasonal refreshing twist to the menu.
