Membership Requirements
Police Check
SCA (Vic) requires applicants applying for Corporate Strata Management Membership and Individual Strata Manager Membership to obtain a Police Check. SCA (Vic) recommends either a Victoria Police Check or a Police Check from CV Check.
Authorised Representative Status
SCA (Vic) requires applicants applying for Corporate Strata Management Membership and Individual Strata Manager Membership to have undertaken Authorised Representative insurance training through their insurer or broker. A certificate of completion confirming that the applicant holds Authorised Representative status needs to be provided with their applications.

From zero lots to 1,200 lots - Minimum fee $720 GST excl

From 1,201 lots to 6,500 – number of lots * 0.60 GST excl

For lots up to 6,500 - number of lots * 0.60 GST excl for the first 6,500 and those above are * 0.48 GST excl

Membership includes membership for an unlimited number of OC Managers and staff.

Membership fees are calculated pro-rata per annum from SCA (VIC) Board approval date.
