C3 Presents, LLC ("C3"), the producer of the 2021 Austin Food + Wine Music Festival, scheduled November 5 - 7, 2021 in Austin, TX (the "Festival"), wants to put patrons first and provide the best possible experience for them over the Festival weekend.

The Guest Services Team ensures that operations run smoothly in designated areas throughout the park, providing patron and accessibility services and accommodations. For detailed information on each team, please review the Guest Services Staff Job Description here:

COVID Compliance & Health Policy:
In accordance with current public health guidance the following will be REQUIRED to attend or work Austin Food + Wine Festival 2021; a full COVID-19 vaccination (J&J + 14 days or second Pfizer/Moderna + 14 days) or negative COVID-19 test results will be required. For anyone who is not fully vaccinated, a negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained and sent to their manager within 72 hours of first getting on-site at Austin Food + Wine Festival. Availability:
In order to be considered, you MUST be available for all dates listed below.
- Guest Services Conference Call: Wednesday, November 3rd at 6:00 PM CST
- On-site Guest Services Staff Training Session: Thursday, November 4th at 6:00 PM CST
- Event Dates: Friday, November 5th - Sunday, November 7th
 -Applicants with the most flexible availability throughout the weekend will be given priority.

Compensation:
- Event Rate: $12.00/hour
- We strive to hire a local work force. Please only apply if you are local to Austin or if you are planning to provide your own housing and transportation for the event.
