Who is eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccination?
As of November 2, the Pfizer vaccine was approved for 5-11 year olds, making everyone in the US 5 years or older eligible to get vaccinated. Vaccines are free, even if you have no health insurance or are undocumented.

What if my friends or family don’t have reliable access to a computer or the internet?
There’s now a National COVID-19 Vaccination Assistance Hotline at 1-800-232-0233 for those without reliable computer/internet access.

What if I can’t book an appointment online or the websites are not working for me?
If you are unable to book an online appointment, consider calling your doctor, your local pharmacy, or the National COVID-19 Vaccination Assistance Hotline at 1-800-232-0233 for more information. Remember that we have enough free vaccines for everyone, and many pharmacies and other vaccination sites are now offering walk-in appointments.
