The COVID-19 vaccine is safe, effective, and one of the best ways to protect yourself and your loved ones.

Getting the vaccine adds another layer of protection that can help to keep you and those around you safe. Building defenses against COVID-19 is a team effort and you play a key role.

How to Get the Vaccine

UI Health is providing the COVID-19 vaccine to established patients at a number of locations on our campus and at our clinics throughout the city. You need to be a previously established patient at that clinic to receive it at that location. This includes:

An appointment is needed to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Please call one of the above clinics directly or 866.600.CARE (2273) to schedule a visit with one of our nurses.

Patients should check with their insurance company to determine any out-of-pocket costs.

The COVID-19 vaccine can be given at the same time as other immunizations. Patients should wear clothing that will give easy access to the upper shoulder.


COVID-19 Vaccine for Kids

UI Health is offering the COVID-19 vaccine for patients 6 months and older. It is recommended that a parent or guardian accompany all patients who are under 18 years of age. Appointments may last up to 45 minutes for vaccination and observation.
